The part about tracking acheivements really resonates. It's easy to downplay your own progres when you're constantly comparing yourself to others in the field. I've found that writing down small wins helps reframe those self-doubt moments when they crop up. The T-shaped skills angle is intresting too because it captures why DevOps feels so overwhelming sometimes.
